Shipping
• All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination
• The shopping cart has a shipping calculator that willdetermine exact shipping costs. Most orders are shipped UPS/FedEX ground although on occasion some can be shipped USPS. Ground costs will always be shipped at the least expensive rate unless otherwise
requested by the purchaser. Purchaser must indicate any special shipping requests during the checkout process and will be emailed an adjusted freight total.
• Average orders will arrive in 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays or incase of inclement weather). Please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order.
• When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number (Tracking is not provided from USPS for APO and FPO. In this case you will receive an email confirmation from SNC that your order has shipped)
Shipping:
• Orders are shipped UPS/FedEX ground
• UPS/FedEX shipping is not available to PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska (see USPS)
• Next Day Air and other delivery options must be requested via email or phone 503-670-0568
USPS Shipping:
• Orders can be shipped Priority or Express mail upon request
• PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska must ship USPS. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, FPO or APO. It is the cheapest way to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Pricing will be calculated by SNC and emailed to the purchaser for approval prior to processing the order.
Out of Stock Items
Out-of-stock product will be removed from the order and the purchaser will be sent an email alert. All additional items in the same order will be shipped without delay after the purchasers approval. Receipts sent with each order will include all items shipped and charged to the purchasers credit card. Out of stock items will not be charged until received by the warehouse and the purchaser approves the additional charge and shipment.
Purchaser will be emailed when the out of stock item is back in the warehouse. If that out of stock item is shipped to the same address in the Continental USA, the purchaser will not be charged a second shipping charge. Orders shipped to other destinations will pay the actual shipping charge for the out of stock item.
If an item ordered and is not marked as "out-of-stock" but is unexpectedly out-of-stock, the purchaser will be notified by email and will have the opportunity to order a substitute product or cancel the order.
Payment Options
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card).
You may also mail a money orderor cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank. We reserve the right to hold any check, pending bank clearance prior to shipment of any order. All orders and payments are
in U.S. dollars only. We do not ship C.O.D.
International Orders
We currently do not accept International Orders.
To ensure that our prices remain low, we can not accept returns or exchanges on all bars, open or damaged products. A credit will be issued for unopened items that are in original saleable condition. These items must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice and must have prior return authorization from our customer service department. Call 503-670-0568 for return authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
