Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

• Orders received by 11:00am EST are shipped out same day depending on stock availability.
• UPS/FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select are also available at an additional fee. Orders must be placed by 11am EST.
• All P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO orders are sent through U.S. Postal Service.
• UPS/FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
• There will be a $10.00 fee for shipments that are re-routed after leaving the warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error.

International Shipping Policy:

At this time we are not accepting international credit card orders. All international orders are shipped prepaid with US funds. Email for freight quote. Sports Nutrition Center LLC is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. Please contact customs officials if you have any questions. Any package returned because of customs, product illegality in a specific country, etc., shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue a refund. If we receive the package back after being seized and the products are in resalable condition, your card will be credited for the product, shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Prepayment is required. International Money Order. Orders will not ship until checks clear the bank.
• We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

• Order problems must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
• Unauthorized returns or opened product will not be accepted.
• Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
• 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
• In-house SNC Credit for all Returns.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Any damaged product must be received by us before any in-house credits or product reshipment.
